The cleaning staff was excellent. I did not like the renovations; some areas seem cramped. Sometimes, the staff did a poor job supplying hot coffee, water and condiments. Breakfast was OK, but not Hampton standard...they ran out of items too much.

They moved us to a room that had a larger bed plus walk around space for my elder to maneuver. A friendly and courteous staff.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating especially the check-in process. Breakfast was just right, everything you really need to get going in the morning, and the food quality was good.

I only stay in Hilton brand hotels. This hotel was very clean. Staff was super friendly. I found nothing wrong at all. Breakfast was great.I had the giant waffle. So good.

I HAD BOOKED TWWO SEPERATE ROOM BACK IN APRIL. ON CHECKING IN I WAS CHARGED TWICE FOR ONE ROOM. THE TWO GIRLS AT THE DESK (ONE WAS IN A HURRY TO GET OFF HER SHIFT) CHECKED MY NEPHEW IN AND CHARGED TO HIS ACCOUNT THE ROOM (DOUBLE CHARGED) DID NOT FIND OUT TILL NEXT DAY WHILE HE CHECKED HIS ACCOUNT. COULD NOT GIVE EITHER OF US RECIPETS. LUCKILY, I HAD MY CONFORMATION PRINT OUT FROM BOOKING.COM. FAR AS THE ROOM GOOD FOR THE PRICE. BREAKFAST GOOD. WOULD I COME AGAIN HAVE TO THINK ABOUT IT. YES, WE DID FINALLY CLEAR THE MESS UP AND CHARGE WAS TAKEN OFF NEPHEW BILL.
